AI-powered email marketing. Run in-house.
An email list is a starting point. Use AI to build the go-to-market system behind it: a private CRM, relevant campaigns and a response process one operator or a small team can run at scale.
YOUR TEAM. YOUR CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS.Small teams.
Real ambition.
FoundersTake your offer to the right buyers through email.
ConsultantsBuild direct conversations around your expertise.
GTM operatorsRun email campaigns and follow-up internally.
Reach is rented. Relationships take work.
An account restriction or a change in reach can interrupt access to people who follow you. An email audience gives you a direct route, but a list alone does not run the relationship.
Learn to keep the customer context, contact preferences, campaign decisions and replies connected in a private CRM. Your own team manages the work from your offer to the next customer conversation.
You retain the records and operating process. Email still relies on delivery services and the recipient’s choice to engage.

Why AI changes the scale
AI makes it practical for one person to coordinate more of the work that surrounds a customer conversation.
Research, first drafts, campaign preparation and response organization can move through supervised workflows. You set the direction, review the evidence and decide what reaches a customer.
The opportunity is a larger operating capacity without matching every increase in activity with another hire. The course turns that possibility into an email marketing process you can run and improve.
The ambition / AI and smaller teams
“Which would have been unimaginable without AI and now will happen.”
A prediction about what AI could enable, not an established course outcome.
The email marketing cycle
One connected process, managed by your team. See how a business objective becomes a relevant email campaign, how responses become next actions, and how each cycle improves the next.
This is the system you will learn to run internally as your email marketing grows.
Stage 01 of 06
Start with your offer, the business need it addresses and the conversation you want to create. A focused brief gives every later stage a direction.
Your team knows who the campaign should reach and what a useful response looks like.
Your private CRM keeps the whole picture. Prospects, campaign activity, responses and next actions stay connected, with your team in control.
The program map
Each day adds a practical layer to the one before it. Inspect the assignments, the work you will take away, and the checkpoint used to review it.

Before you begin
Your team manages the customer record, email strategy, campaign decisions and replies. Records stay portable and your continuity plan covers provider changes. Email still uses hosting and delivery services, and customers decide whether to engage. The goal is operational independence from social-platform reach and outsourced campaign management.
Choose Intro if you need a clear target, starter private CRM and reviewed first email campaign. Choose Intensive if you already have equivalent foundations and want to connect recurring work. Choose MasterClass to build the complete system, including coordinated teams.
No. The 5-Day Intensive is a standalone program covering curriculum Days 3–7. Arrive with an Intro-equivalent targeting brief and CRM, or complete the Intro first. The full MasterClass includes both programs and the exclusive Days 8–10 Capstone.
Bring a laptop, a browser, a project or offer, and access to the required learning environment. Review the setup checklist before the course. We can use approved sample data and controlled simulations where live accounts or connections are not ready.
Practice can be completed with drafts and controlled test runs. Live sending requires a ready environment, reviewed records and approved campaign content. A fixed number of warm-up days does not automatically make an email account ready.
No software subscriptions are promised as part of tuition. Any required access and separate software costs will be confirmed before enrollment.
Demonstrate a normal case and an exception, trace the outputs to their sources, and explain who owns the next action. MasterClass adds a coordinated system demonstration, operating manual and 14-day improvement plan.
